Harbor Resources Team

Mr. Joe Ireland is the managing member of Harbor Resources, LLC. He is also the President and Chief Financial Officer of Lone Star Securities, Inc., a registered broker-dealer and member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA, formerly known as the NASD). Mr. Ireland attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas for four years, majoring in business. While at Texas Tech, he was the managing partner of an amusement vending company which he later sold in 1969. In 1970, he became associated with Goodacre-Day Real Estate of Lubbock, Texas as a licensed real estate agent. He remained with that company until he formed his own real estate company in 1975 – Joe Ireland Realtors, Inc.

In 1980, Mr. Ireland sold his real estate company to enter the petroleum industry as an independent petroleum landman for Jones and Lyons Oil Properties of San Angelo, Texas. While with Jones and Lyons, he purchased oil and gas leases for major independent oil companies in Arkansas and Texas. In 1984, Mr. Ireland accepted the position as Vice-President of an oil company in Abilene, Texas, J&R Petroleum, Inc., where he was in charge of investor relations, assisted in the organization and structure of drilling programs, and the daily management of the company’s business. Mr. Ireland resigned in 1985 to form Sands Petroleum, Inc., which, like Harbor Resources, L.L.C., sponsored drilling programs for participation by industry and other investors. Mr. Ireland directed all operations of the company, including coordinating the acquisition of oil and gas leases (primarily in west central Texas), funding, drilling, completion and operation of all wells associated with the leases and the programs sponsored by Sands Petroleum, Inc.

In 1987, Mr. Ireland formed Lone Star Securities as the placement agent for Harbor Resources.

Renee Michaelis is the Accounting Manager for Harbor Resources, LLC. Ms. Michaelis has extensive knowledge of joint interest billing, divisions of interest, oil and gas revenue distribution, investor investments, bank reconciliation, escrow accounting, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and quarterly reporting. Prior to joining Harbor Resources in August 2004, Ms. Michaelis worked as assistant controller and assistant to controller for oil and gas firms in Richardson and Las Colinas. She studied accounting at Collin County Community College.

Brenda Gardner is the Office Administrator for Harbor Resources, LLC. Ms. Gardner joined Harbor Resources in July 2002. She is responsible for mailings to potential and existing investors, checking the accuracy of the investors' qualifying information prior to the mailing, and logging and tracking the correspondence. Ms. Gardner is also responsible for receiving and directing incoming calls from investors. Ms. Gardner attended El Centro College in Dallas, Texas where she studied Police Science.

Robin Roach, Executive Director of Marketing, has over 13 years of experience in both corporate and marketing communications, specializing in the implementation of strategic elements of branding across the areas of online marketing, web content, advertising, sales collateral / promotions, direct marketing, packaging, graphic design, and trade shows / events. Formerly with AT&T, Quest Software, Sterling Commerce, and Sterling Software, she holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Texas A&M University.

Cathy O'Connor is the Registered Rep., Operations, for Harbor Resources, LLC.
